Project Overview

Who is Blush? Blush is a successful brand built by a cosmopolitan, dedicated entrepreneurial family, an expert design team and over 60 years of experience in the world of style. Blush sets global fashion trends from the world-class city of Montreal, where Europe and Asia meet North America.

When we first met Blush’s owners back in August 2015, the message was clear: they were fed up with larger eCommerce agencies following a few unsuccessful collaborations, and they wanted a more tailored and agile approach, more knowledge, and most of all, more proximity to the brand. Our collaboration sparked right away. After six intense months of cleaning and debugging the existing website, as well as implementing the basics and straightening the digital channels, we jointly decided that it was the time for a complete overhaul of the website, changing the platform to a sleek, new back office and a fantastic, customized, responsive design. Another 6 months later, we successfully launched the second version of Blushlingerie.com, in time for their well-known summer sale, and with a strong business plan for the year to come. Our close collaboration continues to generate unexpected and welcome results, further developing our involvement in the business.

Our approach

Each client is unique. We therefore personalized our approach for Blush and decided to patch and clean the existing website, develop all digital channels and implement a new work process. This would generate better profits before beginning the redesign phase, and allow us to build upon our common experience and the data collected.

UX/UI Design

This was the result of comprehensive work for over a month that combined behaviour and content analysis with business intelligence to deliver interactive wireframes for both desktop and mobile, concept and detailed designs as well as a complete Style Guide and User Guide.

Digital marketing

From SEO to SEM, newsletters or social media, as well as conversion rate optimization, we assisted the Blush team on all fronts by providing high-level strategy expertise and also helping them execute, report and optimize digital marketing tactics to deliver results that exceeded our ambitious forecasting.

Magento development

Debugging, optimizing, cleaning or creating custom features—we did it all. We went from an unresponsive, bugged website to a fantastic tailor-made one with responsive design, and a bug-free, fully functional back office.
